Oh , he is too cute! I seriously cannot believe he is 1 already...it seems like just yesterday that I happened to see you and Jake outside loading up your car while I was outside. I still remember yelling across the street, "So, when's the big day?" and you were like "TODAY!!!" I know, once again I deserve the neighbor of the year award...I hope you know that we really do love you guys though:) Happy Birthday Mason!!!

What? He is not one already. No way! I still have not ever even seen this little darling boy and you really don't live THAT far away. Seriously.
